G4S K is the first Security Company in Kazakhstan to successfully obtain certification of its quality management system (QMS) by an independent international certification body (SGS ICS) and is now complying with ISO 9001:2000 standard requirements. Introduction of QMS became a logical step in our strategy of developing quality of services. The company aims to continuously improve following client varying needs and expectations.

The company is totally client focused and committed to providing a service which meets the client’s needs while maximising the protection of our clients’ property and personnel at a price which reflects the services being provided. Where appropriate we agree Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with clients and work together to maintain standards and improve operating procedures.
